Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and TIEST PTE.LTD. ("TIEST", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the UNIINCN service (the "Service"). By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

UNIINCN provides study-in-China path design, HSK / CSCA learning resources, practice questions, and related digital subscription content. Features and pricing may evolve over time.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have a parent / guardian act on your behalf). You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. If you sign up on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • send spam or infringe intellectual property rights of others;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including uploading malware, probing or scanning, or scraping content at scale;
  • resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our consent;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent technical limits.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content, question banks, branding, and documentation, is owned by TIEST PTE.LTD. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use within the plan you have purchased.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Orders are sold directly by TIEST PTE.LTD. (Singapore). Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; Stripe calculates and collects any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST at checkout based on your location. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your customer portal; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

6. Service availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TIEST PTE.LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to access the Service ends; previously paid fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence.
